Spacious and Adapted Tents
Each evening, after crossing dunes and arid plateaus, you’ll find a comfortable resting place. We offer traditional Berber tents for the teams, refurbished for greater comfort:
- Quality memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep.
- Tents shared with a limited number of riders to guarantee space and peace and quiet.
- A friendly, shaded communal rest area for exchanging and sharing experiences with other participants.
A well-thought-out hygiene area
Hygiene is crucial to maintaining good physical condition throughout the race. We have planned :
- Ecological, functional and well-maintained sanitary facilities, with separate areas for men and women.
- Toilet facilities with regularly replenished water for refreshment and personal hygiene. The clear water will come from the permanent Aïn Tigri spring.
Controlled Power for Optimal Performance
One of the key factors in the success of such an adventure is diet. We have developed a nutritional program tailored to the needs of traileurs, ensuring a perfect balance between energy intake and digestibility.
Meals designed by experts in sports nutrition
Our menus are developed in collaboration with nutritionists and chefs specializing in outdoor cuisine:
- Energizing breakfasts: dried fruit, wholegrain cereals, traditional bread, honey, tea and coffee.
- Light, balanced breakfasts: soups, fibre-rich salads, sources of lean protein.
- Restorative dinners: traditional tagines, dishes based on quinoa, lentils and white meats to promote muscle recovery. And of course, a hearty and healthy traditional Moroccan dinner for the Gala evening.

In an arid environment, hydration is a major issue. To avoid any risk of dehydration and guarantee optimum performance, we provide :
- Filtered water points accessible at every stage and bivouac.
- Electrolyte-enriched drinks to compensate for mineral losses.
- Careful medical monitoring, with our team of outdoor specialists on hand to detect signs of dehydration.

A medical team specializing in endurance and extreme conditions will be on hand throughout the adventure, and our specialists are also Trail and Ultra Trail runners:
- Advanced first-aid posts, checkpoints for rapid treatment of trail injuries.
- Doctors, nurses, osteopaths and physiotherapists available on the course and at the bivouac for daily follow-up.
